Coming to you today with an interview with actually the person that interviewed me the very first time I was ever on a podcast, Kevin Costello, a tri-swim coach.

He interviewed me for the very first time, I want to say a year and a half ago, and we returned

the favor and brought him on to the triathlon Taryn and co-host.

No Triathlon Kim podcast. That was before you had Trainiacs. That's true. Well before I had train.

Well before the daily vlog even existed, I believe. That was, he was like, he was getting in early.

He was investing early.

Well, he saw, he saw talent and, you know what, he was right.

He bought it, he bought in early and it is paid him nothing.

No dividends.

No dividends in return.

So anyway, we had a chance to talk with Kevin and talked about starting his business online at a time

when people didn't know that when you bought a video online or a coaching plan online that you could

just watch it online. They expected to get a DVD in the mail, and that wasn't happening.

So we talked about... Yeah.

How do you possibly start an online business when that's the climate of online business?
