using lights that put off UVB rays to create Vitamin D naturally in the body since I'm up in organ and we're not getting any UVB exposure right now.

So this is a way for me to not take supplements but actually do it the natural way.

So this is one of the stupid things that I do that I actually

document for you to watch. Anyway, Trey Ratcliffe reached out to me here about, I don't know,

maybe a year ago and said hey just wanted to let you know I've created this beautiful

kind of video series or not video but short film that highlights some of the talks that were given by Alan Watts.

I'm going to link this up in the show notes because you have to go and watch this.

Alan Watts is a philosopher that I absolutely love and I think he's one of the one of the philosophers that was

really famous for bringing a lot of Eastern teachings to the West and he had these has just like beautiful British accent and he put together this video and I found it so compelling that I actually put it in my meditation app, Oak, that people could then click on and watch it.

Anyway, that was my first kind of like introduction to Trey.

I knew who he was because he was insanely famous on Google Plus.

So when I was at Google, and I remember he was like one of the most

follow-up people on Google Plus with just millions of followers because of his

photography and his photography is just it's top notch it's insane.

Trey the unique thing about him is that he wasn't in a photographer

until much later in life. He didn't pick up a camera until he was into his 30s.

And so he's one of these guys that decided to pick up a camera

and figured out how to use command line techniques.

Oh, I don't want to spoil it. I really want you to hear how he got started, how he was able to engineer his way into creating these really beautiful photos that were unique and no one was doing at the time.
