They want the weather is getting a little cooler and the weekends are featuring football.

It feels like fall is coming and week one is not too far away. However, curiously,

DeShawn Watson was on the field this weekend and he had to address everything that's going on with his situation.

And here's what he had to say.

Look, I want to say that I'm truly sorry to all the women that I've impacted in this situation.

My decision that I made and my life that put me in this position, I would definitely like to have back.

But I want to continue to move forward and grow and learn and show that I am a true person of care there and I want to keep pushing forward.

Jalen, I find this interesting because the entire time he's maintained his innocence, the entire time he has not expressed remorse.

This is the first time, literally the first time he has ever apologized to the women he impacted.

What do you think about his apology and the timing?

I think he's doing what he has the right to do and slowly start to put it behind him.

And this is going to always be an explosive topic which is why the fans of Jacksonville were born DeShawn Watson.

But it was a series of things that happened that have led to this taking place, the apology.

And I think the strongest indictment against DeShawn Watson and his behavior was what Roger Gidele said after the punishment was levied.

And when he talked about it being basically predatory of behavior, that now puts DeShawn Watson's court because the report along with the commissioner, they're not saying that he's innocent.

They're saying that he got six games.

And the league is saying, those six games ain't enough.

We want him to be suspended indefinitely.

So if you DeShawn and you do have this massive contract, you know at some point you're going to play football.

Whether after six games, eight games, ten games, after this season, at some point on his $1 million salary that was negotiated based on all of this taking place, he's going to play football.
