It's an exciting time a year, obviously. But, you know, as much as I love mock drafts, I'm not a I hate mock draft guy. I'm ready for him to be done. Let's see where these guys actually go. Let's get some analysis. Let's talk about when guys get on the team. So I'm just excited, man. I feel compelled to ask you this, Trevor, and I led the show this morning, and I've wanted to do it for a few days now. So I was really, like, I knew two days ago, barring some sort of crazy thing in the NBA playoffs that I was going to lead the show this morning with Fernando Mendoza. And just to give it a truncated version, basically like we've known he's going to be the pick for so long, and this draft is not as sexy, right, as some other drafts because of the lack of star power a quarterback, that I think we collectively, and I'm not saying like you, but I think fans collectively, kind of forget, like, how special a prospect this is. And I can't wait for him to start playing games for the Las Vegas Raiders. What is your expectation for Fernando Mendoza year one and beyond here in Klin Kubek scheme in Vegas once they pick him? I'm excited, man. And the way that I've kind of talked about Fernando Mendoza, because everybody says, well, you know, compare this guy to other quarterbacks Or like, if Fernando Mendoza was in this class, where would it be ranked?

You know, if we're talking about like the Jaden Daniels, the Caleb Williams, the Drake May year, okay, he'd be after those guys. But I picked Fernando Mendoza over Cam Ward last year. And a lot of people looked at Cam Ward and they said, oh, yeah, like, absolutely. I drafted him number one overall. I think we should talk the same way about Mendoza.

I think he is a worthwhile worthwhile quarterback to go number one overall. I like him in Clint Kubiak scheme. Yeah, okay, there were a lot of RPO's and things like that that were built into Indiana's offense. not a lot of teams the NFL do it, but I think Clint Kubiak is one of those offense

comes to RPO work as well.

Again, there's not a ton of it in the NFL, but I feel like he's going to a really good

spot with a really good head coach, a good offensive mind to get the most out of him. I think he's got adequate arm strength, added mobility. He's built like you want an NFL quarterback to be built. And obviously, we saw how much better he got this past year and winning a national championship at a Heisman trophy with Indiana. So I think that Raiders fans should be very, very excited to have him as their quarterback.
