dating back to the NCAA records at Denver. If you follow him or the POL on social

brought both a lot of speed and we sat down in Philadelphia at

the lacrosse convention when it was all said and done in a private room

at the end of the day to reflect and discuss a number of topics,

including how he got into the face-off position,

how he learned the technique and began to excel,
