Honour Sloth had a very mad press conference time

around quarter past 10, so then we had to do that

and then we had to do the final wage show for the Spares game.

So it's been a little bit all over the place here at Redmond HQ this morning,

but I was keen for everyone to get the Bitesar's podcast so here we are just a couple of

hours later than normal apologies if you were desperately waiting in your feed for um yeah blame

straight to out on the news then um honest lot spoke again he had this press conference this morning

ahead of this weekend's game against Plymouth.

A little bit of injury news that came from it.

It's the most significant, of course, is about Trent Alexander Arnold.

He will not feature against Plymouth with Arnestlott confirming that at this time it is difficult to say,

quote, if Trent will be ready for the Everton game in midweek so yeah

he says it's not a search engine

you're looking at days more than weeks

but he went there's only three days between Plymouth and

Everton whether that's enough time for Alexander Arnold
