| 1:30.5 | that I am seeing is about the whole open concept of homes. And the word on the home decor street is |
| 1:41.3 | that open concept is out because people are home all day and they don't want to be |
| 1:47.9 | in the same room all day since people have been working from home. And I get that. I see that. However, |
| 1:55.5 | I am seeing that open concept is still hot in new homes being built, at least where I am in Houston. |

| 2:09.6 | there needs to be a work-from-home option. So I am seeing a lot more closed studies where you |
