The subject of America and the Great War and the role in the exploits of the American Expeditionary Force in the battles of 1917-18 is something that in the coming year on the old front line, I intend to look at in greater depth

with as yet not really covered much of the aspects of the American involvement in the Great War.

So to start that off in some respects, I was really pleased to be joined by Mike from the Battles of the First World War podcast, one of the oldest

great war podcast that kind of paved the way for the rest of us to do this when we could.

And it's wonderful that there is this big selection of First World War podcast now, and I hope
