October 31st, 1915, the Western Front. The screams of the wounded echo across no man's land, but tonight,

remember what day it is anymore. Time blurs when you're living in a grave that stretches for

hundreds of miles. But the dead remember. They remember everything. Sergeant Maxis pulls his collar tight against the October chill, but it's not the cold

that makes him shiver.

It's the shadows that move when there's no light to cast them.

It's the whispers in languages he doesn't recognize, coming from mouths that stopped breathing

weeks ago. In the Great War, the line between the living and the dead became as blurred as the line between
