It was pretty much, um, it was pretty like a struggle from the beginning really yeah yeah and in what way things start to

you know what's that game where like the things pop up you got to hit them whack them wackamole

it was a wakamol it was a wakamo situation. So they weren't allowing you to be the creative person you wanted to be? No. Not at all. Get to a race show. Okay, though. Bit to a race show. Okay, though. That might be the best question I'd ever been honest.

You're a phenomenal person.

I mean, you're legendary.

Tremaine Emery is a major designer in the fashion world and an artist in general.

He's got a label called denim tiers, but you might know him because he had a recent battle with Supreme, where he was the creative director, and then he resigned after alleging systemic racism at Supreme.

But this happened in the midst of him working with a major artist on a line that would

include images of black people being lynched, a black man who was whipped, very controversial,

polarizing stuff.

So I wanted to talk to him about what he did at Supreme, what he was planning to do,

everything that happened,

and his entire artistic journey.

This is a man who's worked in many, many areas of the fashion world, including working with Yeezy on clothes and albums, worked with Virgil Ablo, incredible career.
