We talk about her research around tree fodder, some of the results of the experiments she was talking about years ago, and what's going on on her farm.

She's got a lot of exciting work going on around tree fodder and how to use it on a farm in a productive way, as well as the benefits of utilizing this crop,

Shauna, thanks much for joining us. The last time we spoke, it was about three years ago,

and you were just getting involved with a new grant for folks

that aren't familiar.

I'll call it specialty is around tree fodder.

Catch us up in the last three years.

What happened with that grant and how did everything?

We'll talk broad strokes right now, but then we're going to go into some of the details about

what that grant was about and what you learned.

So I guess I had applied.

So that would be three years in a month.

Yeah.

Yeah.

So I had just applied and I didn't know if I had gotten it, I guess, because they don't

usually tell you until February.

But I did get Sustainable Ag Research and Education grant and they are funded by NIFA National Institute for Food and Agriculture,

of food and agriculture.

I'm supposed to always say that.
