| 0:58.4 | Okay, Root Rott. It is far and away the number one problem but let's understand what it exactly is. It's not necessarily a single disease. It is sort of a basket of conditions that can be caused by many different things. |

| 1:24.7 | shrub or a garden plant, but it's very difficult to remove once it's in your soil. So keeping an eye on it is going to be a really big deal. Next you have phytophora. |

| 1:41.4 | occur. Surprise, surprise. Root rot happens when you over water. |

| 1:46.0 | Because things like phytophora can start to proliferate in that water. |
