hello and yeah I did take a break and the father David has reminded me that I haven't replied

to any of his emails then he sent me a podcast on ADHD burnout and I was like oh my gosh

he's describing my life so and we're we are very unlucky to have two special guester.

having us on it's a it's it's fantastic to be on here a great introduction i think i mean you

gave a great introduction already uh yeah the podcast we host is called cold bruise and catholic

truths see you have a hat you like the hat there got the hat oh my gosh you should run our show

got it's got some t-shirts and stuff that spell it out. But we,

cold brews and Catholic truths, that's like, doesn't really rhyme. But my brother-in-law

reminds me, that's like gold bruise and Catholic truth. You know, but I'm like kind of a

musician on the side and it's close enough for a musician to make that rhyme. So that's fine. It's good enough. Yeah. But anyway, yeah.
