Hello and welcome to Tuesday's Radio One All Day Breakfast

Podcast.

I've escaped the studio because the only remaining studio was genuinely about

45 degrees centigrade and I refused to work in those conditions.

So I've come outside on the hot stay of the year

because it's actually it's cooler outside than it is in that room.

This is genuinely, apart from the big things in the world, in terms of small things,

being hot is the thing that makes me most cross. I get so angry when I'm hot. So here I am in a heat wave but full of the joys of the

radio and breakfast show and what a fun show we had today. Let's kick off with
