Welcome. I'm Connor Beaton, and this is the man talk show, training for men and answers for women.

0:17.6

Now, today is just a conversation between one of my good friends, Trevor Bome, who runs Man Uncivilized.

0:25.4

He's been on the show a couple times before.

0:27.8

But this conversation, he recently reached out to me and just said, hey, you know, I think that there's a few things that you and I could discuss and talk about.

0:40.2

So this is an open dialogue and conversation about some of the current events that are happening with COVID, with government legislation,

0:47.1

with, you know, how people are responding and reacting to the lockdown, to quarantine. And Traver

0:54.0

are not going to be having an ongoing discussion and

0:56.0

discourse that is going to unpack some of the current events and current situations moving forward

1:01.5

because I feel like what I've been noticing and what I've been seeing and what he's been seeing

1:07.1

and a lot of our clients and a lot of the people that we work with. You know, we have a very

1:10.5

interesting, I guess, viewpoint because we connect with so many people in such an intimate way.

1:17.8

We wanted to start to have an open dialogue about what some people are starting to feel and what some

1:25.2

people are experiencing.

1:26.4

And one of the things that you've heard me talk about

1:28.0

recently is this idea that, you know, isolation is bringing amplification of everything that we're

1:32.9

experiencing. And so this episode is going to go into a bunch of different areas. Traver does a

1:39.8

really great job of navigating the conversation. He and I basically are just having a dialogue about

1:45.6

some of the current events and perspectives. We did record this about two weeks ago, maybe three.

1:51.6

So not all of the events are going to be current, but they definitely apply, considering that

1:57.4

we're still under quarantine. So if you're looking to get a little bit more

2:02.5

insight into these types of conversations and you'd like us to approach the conversation from a

2:07.9

very specific angle, if you have specific questions, feel free to reach out and direct message
