All right. A couple things we like to get out of the way at the beginning of the show. We look at the weather and we look at the one and done projected ownership. So let's start with the weather here. Cromwell, Connecticut, not technically Hartford.

And admittedly, there's a lot of thunderstorms in the forecast.

I mean, you are looking at thunderstorms or chances of storms Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday,

mostly in the afternoons.

And you're looking at 50, 60, 70% chance each day. And if there is

rain, I mean, it's pretty significant, quarter of an inch, third of an inch. Now, let's look at

Thursday. Thursday is going to be hot. Today is very hot. There's that heat wave on the East Coast and the Midwest.

Thursday morning looks warm and clean. It does get up to nine mile an hour winds from five mile an hour winds in the afternoon. Thursday seems pretty straightforward.

Friday is where things start to get a little bit hairy here.
