Do you know, it's funny, isn't it? Because around about this time last year, I started to ask

whether it might be a good idea to shut down the borders of this country. And I was told in

no uncertain terms, not only by doctors, not only by scientists, not only by behavioural

scientists, that that wouldn't be worth doing. Because the reason is,

you don't really catch people by testing them at airports. You don't really stop the disease

from spreading when it's already in the country. So what the heck is Matt Hancock playing at?
