This is your host, Andy Shell, and I've got another episode, sorry, another essay episode for you this Friday.

This one is one I wrote for Broadreach's new blog. Broadreach is a company I used to

work for in the Caribbean, did four seasons with them, two summers and two winters, skippering

boats on sailing and diving expeditions. It's a fantastic program. It's something I wish I still

This is basically a short essay on how sailing basically lets us travel at a slower pace
