So the worst ways to use points, which most people do, and this hurts when they hear it,

is going to Amazon or cash them out for gift cards or statement credits.

You're just going to get way less value out of those points,

sometimes almost about half as much as you could even just by comparing that to

go into through like Amex travel but that's going to be a fraction literally like

one-tenth of the amount of value that you get if you used it for travel in these

other ways we're talking about transferring to

airlines and hotels so it's it's a complete waste of points you know and you also

think about the experience you're gonna get like do you want like a free

vacuum or do you want like a honeymoon type trip to do an African safari for a week?

Like what's going to make a bigger difference in your life, right?
