0:27.4	the Law and the Rule of Law. I'm Dietlithwick and this week marked the very last oral argument
0:33.8	of the courts 2017 term. And the last argument happened to be the courts marquee case, Trump
0:40.4	versus Hawaii, which is the challenge to the latest version of the Trump administration's
0:45.1	entry ban. And an appeal that is actually sucked up a lot of legal oxygen both last term
0:51.6	and this term. So quite a big week. In a surprise move we haven't seen since the court released
0:57.9	same-day audio in Obergefell, that was the marriage equality case. The court actually released
1:03.2	same-day audio of these momentous arguments. So we're hoping all of you have already listened
1:08.8	to and committed to memory the entirety of the hour plus long oral arguments. Just for backstory,
1:16.2	luminaries in the gallery on Wednesday included Senator Maisie Harono, Senator Orrin Hatch,
1:21.5	Lynn Manuel Miranda of Hamilton fame, who was accompanied by his wife, Vanessa Nadal. Also present
1:29.8	at Wednesday's arguments was Joshua Geltzer. He is head of Georgetown's Institute for
1:34.7	Constitutional Advocacy and Protection. Joshua's senior director of counterterrorism at the NSC
1:40.9	under both President Obama and Donald Trump. He held this position when the first travel ban
1:46.2	executive order was issued back in January of 2017. Josh was also a signatory to an amicus brief
1:53.3	that was filed on behalf of the challengers in this case along with 51 other national security
