Happy Friday, everybody. Regularly scheduled programming for today. I have one, two, three questions, and then kind of a high note to go into the weekend that explains exactly why I want to keep doing the podcast.

The an email sent in that if anything motivates me to keep doing this even though the days where I don't really feel like I want to and in full

disclosure there's not really many if not any of those days I really enjoy

doing this but I tell you what this one particular email hit me at a time where you know

maybe I needed to see it we all need to get recalibrated and re-centered from time to time and it came in at a great time.

Luckily, she was able to escape unlike most who don't get the chance.
