I'd like to welcome everybody to today's presentation on trauma-informed care,

So we started out talking about the sociocultural effect of trauma and impact in kind of a

general way, how it impacts cultures, communities, et cetera.

We also talked about, you know, defining what is trauma.

But we've talked sort of vaguely about the impact of trauma.

We've talked about those symptoms that are in the DSM as, you know, occurring with PTSD,

hypervigilance, hyperarousal, emotional detachment,
