Hi, and thanks for having me. So today, I mean, we are going to talk about a lot of stuff.

We're going to talk about spirituality. We're going to talk about transpersonal psychology.

We're going to get into a lot of interesting things. I've been really excited to talk to you. So first off, tell us a little bit about your practice and I guess your

background in transpersonal psychology. Okay. So I am a registered life coach and I specialize in relationships, and I have a further focus in narcissistic abuse and patterns of attracting toxic partners.

And my university background and career background was in transpersonal psychology.

And then, you know, after university, I sort of spent some time in the mental health field and trauma-informed care and things like that.

I am a yoga teacher with about 1,100 hours of. trauma-informed care and things like that.
