1:31.6	She is a relationship coach that specializes in narcissistic abuse in toxic relationships.
1:38.0	She has a background in transpersonal psychology, yoga, and spirituality.
1:44.0	Elizabeth, welcome to the show.
1:47.9	Hi, and thanks for having me. So today, I mean, we are going to talk about a lot of stuff.
1:53.8	We're going to talk about spirituality. We're going to talk about transpersonal psychology.
1:58.0	We're going to get into a lot of interesting things. I've been really excited to talk to you. So first off, tell us a little bit about your practice and I guess your
2:08.5	background in transpersonal psychology. Okay. So I am a registered life coach and I specialize in relationships, and I have a further focus in narcissistic abuse and patterns of attracting toxic partners.
2:29.6	And my university background and career background was in transpersonal psychology.
2:37.2	And then, you know, after university, I sort of spent some time in the mental health field and trauma-informed care and things like that.
2:50.6	I am a yoga teacher with about 1,100 hours of. trauma-informed care and things like that.
2:55.6	I am a yoga teacher with about 1,100 hours of training.
3:06.4	So my coaching practice has a transpersonal lens, just largely due to my background.
