Hello America and happy Wednesday, hump day, yep, what a busy week.

It's supposed to be quiet in Washington in August.

Don't believe that.

That's an old adage that hasn't held true since the days of the Clinton scandals in the

90s when the Clinton White House would dump bad news in the middle of summer and I at

these when I worked at the Associated Press would get a lot of it and I'd be spending

my August working harder than ever and that's never changed.

Washington is particularly busy, particularly when it comes to scandals for some reason.

A lot of scandal revelations seem to come out in August and today is no exception.

We've got three big stories, all three we broke on just the news.

We were one of the first news organizations on all three of these and we're going to have

a great lineup to go through why these revelations are so important.

Let me tell you what they are.

James Comer has put out the third banking records analysis memo from the House Oversight Committee

investigation of the Biden family finances.

It is a very important one because it establishes that several oligarchs, several foreigners

paid between hundreds of thousands of millions of dollars into coffers that benefited

Hunter Biden and his associates shortly before those same oligarchs got audiences with.

That's right.

I said he never met with anyone.

Joe Biden, that's right.
