Greetings, comrades and welcome to the Eastern Border. Today, well, we were supposed to live stream this, but I literally can't because just a couple of minutes before we started, I had another drone alarm.

What is this, 12th?

The 12th since May the 7th.

And if I do a full live stream, then nice little border guards will just come over and arrest me.

And I don't like to be arrested.

So we're stuck here with Michael on Riverside on my podcast anniversary.

This is still technically a sort of fundraiser for a car for Ukraine. Links are going to be

down in the description. We're raising for Ukrainian cars for the Toyota Highluxes in whatever else

they armor and provide for the troops. And we're going to be talking about utter nonsense this time, because for one, there's

going to be a news episode as well, but sillier than usual.

It's just that for once I want to talk about less depressing stuff, so we will be switching

to, well, from actual deaths to, I suppose, economic issues.

Well, you know, this is how this show operates.

First of all, I would like to congratulate, Michael.

And for a thing that you probably don't follow, but I do.

I watch one game every day.

And I happen to see how soccer ruse beat Turkey.

Congratulations on how Australia and football, well, you call it soccer, beat Turkey miraculously, which really nobody expected. So congratulations, Michael. Do you even follow the sport or something? I usually do follow it a bit. I'm going to apologize right at the start of this thing for my voice, I'm coming up with a bit of a flu bit. Look, you know, we lost Gallipoli, but we did win this game. So, you know, it's all swings and roundabouts.

It only took us, what, 116 years to make 100, 15, to 101 years to make it happen.

Yeah, but this is like something that really interested me, because no one expected this.
