Authors Guild and the Society of Authors in that Amazon has changed their returns policy for e-books.

So currently, Amazon's return policy allows readers to receive a full refund for up to 14 days,

even if people have read the full book. And the use of this refund loophole, and this is from

the Society of Authors, but the Authors Guild had a similar article.
