Hello, creatives. I'm Joanna Penn. And this is episode 555 of the podcast. And it is Friday the 4th of June 2021 as I record this.

In today's show, I'm talking to Guy Wynzer, the Sword Guy, about how to teach physical skills

with books, and more than that, how to take a business that used to be based on in-person

teaching and physical events to a virtual business.

And luckily, Guy started switching over before the pandemic and was well placed to have a very

good year financially because of the multiple streams of income he had built up,

whereas if he had only be dependent on those in-person classes, it would

have been very difficult. So it's a fascinating interview, and Guy gave me some ideas. Now,

you think I have multiple streams of income. Guy is doing a lot more. So I know you will find

moment on fear-based decision making and how it's impacting authors, the publishing industry and TV

So we have all been living in fear mode during the pandemic and of course it is still ongoing

and it's who knows when it will be over. But we all need to lever ourselves back into making

decisions in other ways, especially about our writing and publishing careers.
