These are the two people who were charged with killing Capitol Hill intern, Eric Tarpinium Jackum, and he was 21.

He was a rising senior at the business school at UMass Amherst, and he was working as an aide to a

Kansas Republican Ron Estes, Congressman.

And he was just shot down in cold blood, shot four times in the stomach.

And just a random, they fired more than more than 70 bullets. They found 79 shell casings

on the street. There were three of them and two were wielding rifles and the third had a pistol.
