Summary

What if harrowing nightmares were actually a reason to celebrate?

In today's episode, I'm joined by Kelly Sullivan Walden, the Doctor Dream. Kelly is an award-winning dream expert, certified clinical hypnotherapist, international best-selling author, inspirational speaker, and celebrity dreams analyst. For Kelly, nightmares are excellent attention grabbers and spectacular opportunities to make course corrections, deal with unfinished business, and heal.

Throughout our conversation, Kelly shared her background and how she became the Doctor Dream, "the fish that became a swimming instructor." Kelly explained her OGLE method to turn "the tragic into magic" and how she used to deal with the death of one of her best friends. We also explore the link between dreams and mental health, well-being, purpose, and the meaning behind recurrent dreams and nightmares.

In addition, we talk about her latest book, "A Crisis Is a Terrible Thing to Waste," about how to program our dreams to help us create abundance, be more aligned with our purpose, and instill a growth mindset in our lives, and so much more.

Tune in to Episode 154 of Uncover Your Magic to hear how Kelly can help you uncover your magic while you sleep!
