I like that you're actually just saying hey I'm a focus on my craft and do it really good and I'll just go invest my money into syndication so I can just keep building my business. I think a lot of people

need to take that path especially when they're a high-income earner, because I see a lot of high-income

earners who are like, hey, I'm going to go buy a rental property.

And then they go spend like hundreds of hours researching one rental property. It's going to go make them 200 bucks a month.

Precisely so I think that it's like an issue of focus and what I believe to be true is like the average human has like 27,550 days on planet Earth. It's about 75 years in

the industrialized world. Women have a tendency a little bit more than men, but

that's what's average. So as somebody who's entrepreneurial, you see money

everywhere and there's 10 out of 10 opportunities. As somebody who's entrepreneurial, you see money everywhere.

And there's 10 out of 10 opportunities everywhere.

So I have to make an intentional, conscientious, purposeful decision

about what to stack my time on top of.

And what I realized is that I don't believe

that people should focus primarily on their investments,

the majority of people, until their investments

produce more income than their earned income.

And that's, for the most part, most people.

So by staying completely dialed in and focused to selling real estate in high volume, I would store and invest about 50% of all the income I was earning

into assets that pay me money because I saw that as

the vehicle to create freedom.

And I'm aware that that works.

It takes a while, but it does work.

And that allows me to just be 100% focused on what it is that I'm doing instead of getting
