Okay, this is Friday training on Thursday here at the Grounded Men's event in Santa Barbara.

We are blessed to be here.

And this is one of my favorite trainings that I'm going to do.

It's named the Bag of Beliefs and I think it's really important to understand how our

beliefs really control our lives.

And a lot of times we don't look at the core of why we do things, why we say things,

why we think things, and even why we feel those things.

It's really based off of one thing, our beliefs.

And so I love to pragmatically teach people how do I identify what my beliefs are and

how can I change the way I look at things so that my beliefs change.

And therefore the things I think say do and believe are aligned with the trajectory

where I want to be or better.

And so I think in the context, let's talk about the three periods of time that are

effectuated by our beliefs because a lot of people fall into the fear of the past.

That's the only time that they think about and they don't realize that all their beliefs

are based off of fears of what has happened in the past.

What's happened in the past could be not only failures, mistakes, setbacks, void shortages

and obstacles could be historical relevance.

I had a lady one time I was speaking at the Global Sports Summit in France and she told

me afterwards, like, oh, but what about the French American War?

And I'm thinking, so you're utilizing your beliefs of the French American War to interfere
