chapter two for today's lesson. Grace is unmerited favor. It is all that God is now free to do

that cannot be earned, that is never deserved and could never be repaid, yet it is the expression of his goodness.

But to experience the grace that has been provided, we've already seen you've got to grow in grace.

That is, grow in your understanding of it and your experience with it. How do you know if you're

growing in grace? The way you know you're growing in grace is that you are changing. If you're not

changing, you're not growing.

How do you know that a baby is growing?

Because that baby is changing.

Getting taller, getting bigger, able to now speak and articulate,

they are changing.

So no matter how much church you go to or how much religious activity you're

involved in, if you aren't changing, then you aren't growing. The concern is that you grow in

grace and the growth is reflected in the changes or transformation that occurs. So today I want to talk to you about

transformed by grace. Remember now, grace is not merely a theory or a theology. It is an environment.
