This week, I share my conversation with Cailla M. She lives with her husband, daughter, and a cat. She shares her story of facing some very difficult events in 2020, both as a teacher and in some health challenges for her husband. Despite all she went through, Cailla shares how she has been able to change her mindset, her self-talk, and her home to better care for her family and herself. I hope you find her story as inspiring as I do!

| 0:00.0 | Welcome to the organized 365 podcast. I'm your host, professional organizer, productivity |
| 0:11.9 | expert, and motivational speaker, Lisa Woodruff. This podcast will help you embrace progress |
| 0:18.8 | over perfection and create lasting, functional organizing in your home. I have so much to share |
| 0:25.3 | with you. So let's get started. Kayla, welcome to the organized 365 podcast. Thank you |
| 0:34.3 | for having me. I'm super excited to have you on the podcast. How did you first find organized |
| 0:40.3 | 365? Um, so before I found organized 365, I found Angela Watson's truth for teachers. And |
| 0:49.4 | I listened to her for about a year. And I actually ran out of episodes when I was moving |
| 0:55.8 | my classroom. So I literally just searched classroom organization and your podcast came |
| 1:01.5 | up. And as soon as I heard just the way you talk and just, I guess your positive outlook, |
| 1:08.5 | I was like, I got to listen to another one. Um, so then I listened to you when I was doing |
| 1:13.4 | my entire classroom, which was like, it took me like two weeks, two straight weeks to |
| 1:16.6 | do my classroom in May of 2020. Oh my goodness. So was it the interview that Angela and |
| 1:21.9 | I did together on my podcast or just told them, but when I found that one, I was like, |
| 1:27.0 | my worlds are colliding. Yeah. Angela's great husband. He was just like, you're really |
| 1:31.5 | into this. I'm like, I know. Um, but yeah. So when I found, because there's other two |
| 1:38.2 | that you guys do together, one of your podcasts and one on her podcast that you were in, |
| 1:44.4 | um, that was just so awesome. Because first of all, the tone of your both of your voices, |
| 1:49.2 | they're just like in my head all the time. Sometimes like your sayings, like, on progress |
| 1:54.2 | over perfection. And she says, it's not going to be easy. It's going to be worth it. So |
| 1:58.8 | she has the, I like that. Yeah. So both of your voices are in my head. So if I have you guys |
| 2:05.6 | talking together, blew my mind. We're just your co-teachers, but we're not in the same building |
| 2:10.0 | with you. Exactly. Once a teacher always a teacher, right? Like there's just something |
