There seems to be trends with women's body sizes and types and structures since I was like, you know, I grew up in the 80s and 90s.

necessarily being thin again. I hope not. I don't want to be, I think there's a movement,

And I love and appreciate all the doctors that are coming forward and sharing their data on how strength
