little me doesn't want you to hear of. The lower self, little me, is very threatened by simple ideas towards

your healing. It wants to make everything very complicated so that you continue to stay in a

frantic place in a place where you continue to create a tug of war of sorts

at a mental level with this subconscious mind.

And today we're going to dive deep into this so always remember you do not have to follow a feeling, an idea, or a mental image that plays out in your mind.

True healing and evolving arises through the awareness of this,

along with the willingness to consistently choose differently in those very anxious moments.
