I'm joined by Mellie. Yes. And Stephen. What's been happening folks back together again for the first time in what feels like ages. Things are happening, Stephen, so we thought we'd best get around the microphones and the cameras and have a little chat about what's grown at Celtic. Melly, Celtic put a tweet earlier on and it said, let's get down to business with a little briefcase. And I thought, well, one, I'm surprised that the Rangers fans didn't go absolutely upper play. I think about that, because everyone knows what the next link to that is. So it was quite the dog whistle for us, enjoyed that. Our own wee version of the add-ons, and it's a wee ad-on line for us. And then there was like rampant speculation in the discord

and online about what that might mean. Is it a new deal for Brendan? Is it somebody else signed

a new contract? They were going to announce a signing and well what actually happened was we announced

the signing of Callum Osmond who was videoed at Lenox Town maybe a week or so ago, he was sort of bumbling

about...

We announced a signing of a guy that we all knew who was coming out.

Anyway, so I was quite interested in this one because there's been a bit of speculation

about whether he's a development player, whether that word project has come back from the dead.

But by all accounts,lly's been signed to

never went away did it well never really as much as we tried to smother it that never went away

you've scouted him of course melly with alex from the athletic that podcast will be out later on

in the week if you want to get the lowdown on calum osman but one thing's for sure he hasn't been signed as a development player as far as we understand that he's been signed to go directly into the Celtic first team it looks like it it's look we've had a good relationship with filming that we've got a lot of good players from them but with this one it's a guy that hasn't played a minute

of senior starting football and it'll be even so much as a loan that's the that's the kind of critical

thing yeah yeah he'll be 20 now or we'll be 20 in a couple of weeks but either way

depends on you listen to this I think he has 20 just for tidiness then I said I'm fairly sure he's 20 here

that's a old age for a footballer not to make his professional debut isn't it so

maybe it's one of those ones but for me I'm looking at it going right if he comes in and

I just I'm a bit confused by it because he's a guy that's not played a lot of football

and he's played reserve and B team the equivalent there but if he's coming to Celtic is he coming in to be our second choice or a third choice if it's third choice what's the point because you're not going to develop by not playing football but if it's the second

choice i'm not really happy with the signing because i don't think it's what celtic should be
