I'm all right, I'm feeling very sore I was at the chiropractor this morning and they brutalized me somewhat.

I'm trying to get things sorted. I don't know. It feels like a bit kind of

quack medical stuff doesn't it sometimes when they're like, yeah we're going to

fix you by smashing you in the back repeatedly.

Yeah, I'm always fearful though they have just slapped me in a half and just be like like you're

a little twig. They should know what they're doing, but you never know.

There's very various medieval looking contraptions.

Looks like a noose which is supposed to stretch your upper back and then I've got a foam thing I use at home which is very tight and kind of bend your back the other way, the top, and they're obviously they stick you on the table and they

smash you repeatedly and then kind of sort of lie on top of you and crack various things is kind of disturbing.

There's a lot of trust that goes into to go into a chiropractor because you are completely

in the hands of someone else and just hoping that they know what they're doing.

I mean they obviously have training so yeah but still a lot of trust.

Yeah it is but I don't, the neurosurgery people all they've offered so far is

steroid injection. They're like, you can do that and you can talk to the surgeon, but I

talked to some other people who've done various of the surgical procedures and they're just absolutely brutal.

So I just, I'm trying to avoid that. Anyway, fun, what a conversation, I suppose it's...
