This is the third and final episode in a quick three-part series we've been releasing

0:15.6

on what we call the Hat Model. The Hat Model is an acronym it stands for Healing, Achievement,

0:22.2

or Transcendence. And in personal growth work, usually when we're doing work on ourselves

0:28.2

or in our lives, we're in one of these areas, typically. We might have some touch points

0:33.7

in the other two, but usually we're primarily in one of these zones. We're either a healing

1:30.1

that the physical body is also associated with ego, which is that that's what our ego is trying

1:35.0

to keep alive is our physical body. Healing work is addressing wounds, traumas. We are, we're sick

1:43.8

in some form or we're hurt in some way. And that needs to be addressed and we need to get brought

1:50.3

up to a baseline of of health. Achievement is taking our self taking where we're at to the next

1:55.8

level. It's getting out of our comfort zone. It's stretching. It's becoming more sophisticated
