| 1:13.2 | going on and for some of you that may involve actually writing in your journal and just expressing |

| 1:24.6 | lovely mary katherine my mom's coming to town this week. And so it's a |
| 1:28.8 | really exciting but busy week as we kind of transition into getting out of the country. And so I |
| 1:35.3 | encourage you to also just take a few moments to sit back and reflect and take good care of yourself. |
