So I am so excited to have you on the show whenever Whenever I received a copy of your book from New World Library, I was like, this looks amazing. And I've just really enjoyed kind of sipping through it. And the new book is Get It Done from Procrastination to Creative Genius in 15 minutes a day.

So talk to us a little bit about the whole idea and concept behind this book.

Yeah, well, it came out of a workshop I teach called Get It Done.

And the workshop came out of really just my own life.

You know, I was, I grew up as an actor and a writer.

I was one of those kids who, you know, put on plays in kindergarten and went to drama camp and, you know, did all that.
