Hey! It's Bullseye. I'm Jesse Thorne.

Tremel Tillman plays Mr. Milchick on Severance, the bizarre, fascinating, sci-fi workplace drama on Apple TV Plus. It isn't spoiling much to say that

Mr. Milchick is kind of a villain. He oversees a handful of employees at Lumen who are severed.

What does that mean? Well, the workers, who are called in inies have no memory of their life outside the office,

and their outies, that is to say, them when they are outside the office, don't remember

anything that happens once they clock in. One person, two lives. Mr. Milchick as a boss is a friendly guy. He has a big, generous smile,

he leads team-building sessions, dance parties. He knows the value of a good attaboy. He's also a taskmaster,

an enforcer of Lumen's many, many rules, a disciplinarian when things aren't running smoothly. And if you've

seen the show, you know, things haven't been running that smoothly at Lumen as of late.

If you haven't seen Severn's, just a heads up that we will talk about some spoilers from the show's

first season. Anyway, Tremel Tellman is wonderful as Mr. Milchick. Menacing, warm, funny, chilling, goofy,

sometimes all at once. Like, take this scene from the pilot. It's Milchick and Heli are,

Lumen's newest severed employee. Heli's having some trouble adjusting to her new life at Lumen.

She just tried to flee into a stairwell,

and when she got there, it blurred the lines between her iny and outy.
