Okay. Emotions? Well, yeah, I guess that goes hand in hand, maybe, with physical. You've told me feelings don't matter as a runner. Okay, then. So I don't mean my emotional feelings, no. Okay. So I've never been more wrecked in my life. And this is, I have a point to this, so hopefully this is a learning for listeners. I have never been more wrecked from an event for whatever reason, the right circumstances in this 50K a week and a half ago got me good.

before in my life. And I went out there and I just wasn't used to that. I mean, I got done with even the

world champs in Tahoe, even the 17 mile year that was was a three-hour race. And I was barely sore the

next day because I was prepared for the task. So nothing comes close to this, honestly.
