late 30s, I knew menopause and perimenopause were around the corner, and I was not messing

around. I knew the most critical aspects, the two most

important things that I had to get dialed in by at least my early to mid 40s was going to be my

metabolic health and my muscle mass. That's when I started taking strength training very seriously.
