And today's guest is a professional triathlet that has been going through all of this.

Her name is Jocelyn McCauley and she's an up and coming star in the professional

ranks, I would say, because she recently won Iron Man New Zealand and in a great field as well,

so very competitive. So she, and she's looking to go to Kona this year as a professional for the first

time. She is a former winner of the overall amateur female division at Kona,

but now she's looking to go back as a pro.

And as I said, she has been going through this training up until the night before

going to labor and then just a week after after her daughter was born she

was back at it training and then racing a 70.3 11 weeks after that so yeah jocelyn has been there

done that got the t-shirt and also she has a degree in exercise science and in the nursing and has

been working as a nurse so she has some expertise as well so this is a useful episode it's actually
