Welcome back to the real bodybuilding podcast. This is episode number 121 and I'm here with Mr. Jeff Nippard. How are you sir?

I'm good man, how are you? I'm very, very good. I'm glad to have you on, me and you became acquainted through John and an unfortunate circumstances, but I'm happy to have you on and happy to able to relay your information to people because I know you have a ton of it.

John was very, I spoke very highly of you and I know you guys did seminars together and stuff so

how are you doing man? I'm good yeah it's kind of cool that that brought us

together because I think John was special in his way to kind of bring peace to both sides like of the

science-based community and like the bro community if you will like he was one of the very few people who I think was universally

adored by everyone like everyone in the science base and he's loved him everyone in the

i f b b b b world seemed to have a ton of respect for him so So, you know, I think that's pretty cool.

And it was cool for me to see you commented on my tribute video

to John.

And I had watched yours before I read that comment.

So it was like kind of cool to see us both going through like a similar thing.

And I do have to give props to you for that video because like I can only imagine,

you know, I think you said at the beginning of the video, it was like your seven

three take or something like that and it's like, man, you know, for me I had to, like, I just spent, I think the next day,

pretty much just the whole day,

going through like old footage

and kind of putting it together in sort of like attribute to him.

But yeah, trying to like express how I felt in that moment

must have been, would have been really hard for me,
