you doing, man? Is today look like maybe was my right? Is that the longest

practice so far? Yes, it was our longest practice, first back to back. You

know, so it was it was a beautiful weather day, but it was kind of a grind for us,

you know, got a lot of good work, got the condition and up, so just

keep stacking the days getting ready. So Dallas, like going into this season,

like when I played way back in the day, I used to have like goals and stuff that

I wanted to try to accomplish during the season. Have you set some specific

goals for yourself this year? Yeah, it's just looking at film last year, things

that I want to improve on in the blocking game, you know, I want to be able to

sustain my blocks, especially on the second level a little bit more, get on the

linebackers and lock them up so they can't fall off and make the plays. And then

it's kind of the same thing every year in the receiving game, you know, obviously

I want as many targets and catches and yards and touchdowns as I can get, but

with our offense and what we're capable to do with six and 11 on the outside, I

just kind of focus on my catch percentage. If the ball's throwing my way, I want

to catch it, you know, my yards out to the catch, things that I can control that

aren't, you know, I can't control if I get a hundred targets or not, but I

control if I catch everyone that's going to be. So that's what I really focus on,
