in the books it was hot today it wasn't that bad it was pretty bad I hope the the fellow we saw walking out of practice is okay. Yeah, he'll get you man, he's got to stay hydrated.

As I say here, drink a coffee, which is like the one thing they tell you now to do,

that's a diuretic.

Yeah, they have there's water out there for us. I we both partake.

Do you drink a lot of water? Try to drink, stay hydrated. I just keep telling myself, I cover days three hour practices it was a hundred

degrees and then walk he walked uphill both ways what well if it was a lei how you

did walk uphill I didn't think it was that bad but yeah if I it felt like a summer training camp I was wondering if they'd move it up

Yeah, no pads probably why they didn't yeah if it was padded you're probably right they would have yeah next week is cool so have some cool

cool days out there they might go a little longer today's practice was eight I don't

think they really factor and I think they have a script they stick to probably yeah a little

longer today.

First practice was about an hour.

So we have a bunch of practice observations we heard from Darius Slayer for the first time since I want to say rejoining he never

left but he kind of almost left since technically rejoining the team we heard

Derek Barnett has a new contract for this year so we want to mention

that a little bit later. Jaylin Carter talked to us for the first time in training camp and we spoke to Sean DeSai for the first time in training camp and only the second time since he's been the defensive coordinator.

So a bunch of stuff but I like I like Sean Desai.

Somebody asked a question that had been asked almost word for word in

O T A's and he's like where were you in O TAs what are you off that day?
