Man, a lot to get into today. The Eagles, we talked about it on the last podcast.

It wasn't their best day in day one against the Browns. I really thought the Browns

brought some juice in that day and the Eagles were kind of just me. Yeah, yeah, they

didn't really match the Browns intensity. They didn't they did today. They yeah they and more I mean they came out with me certainly Nick next message was what we see what we saw Monday was unacceptable and they

responded yeah they absolutely did they really dominated this practice and that doesn't mean it was like every period and every

rep but it was close it there was a dominating performance from the Eagles and

after seeing them struggle in certain facets on Monday I thought it was an excellent sign not just that they like we know they're a good team but to see them face a little bit of adversity and

Bounce back the way they did I thought was a really positive sign.

Yeah, no question about it because we're in the dog days now.

We're a few weeks in.

They played a pre-season game.

You know, it was really hot out there and moved the practice from 5 o'clock to 145 because of the expected

thunderstorms this afternoon and it was hot I mean it was I don't know probably 89 to 91 in that range and there's no break from the sun out there

on the practice field and they have helmets and pads and it was steamy and they

really responded in a big way.

They showed me something.

Yeah, me too.

I was very impressed by them.
