Commander's been back on the practice field after that's all been in New England.

That is pretty inconsequential, but they did have a lot of tryout guys there.

Had a fun little day yesterday out on the, out the chesapeake and then over picking some crabs

and then out on 14th street in dc so i might be 42 but i definitely felt felt 25 yesterday it was great

that's a that's a marathon right there i had a good off day um we went to the dad games which was

actually really fun i enjoyed it very like wholesome family event was a good off day. We went to the Dad games, which was actually really fun.

I enjoyed it.

Very, like, wholesome family event was some good, like, funny competitions.

Then I got to play over at Cannon Club.

Shout out to Mike Thomas, Tom Weingartner.

That place is just so much fun.

I kind of wanted to just sleep there, honestly.

But, of course, was in great shape. It was fun,

dude. We got to go play over there. Have you ever played over? No. So, Canon Club. Yeah, no,

Cannon Club is one of the one of the courses I'd love to get out and play. I just haven't had a chance

to yet. It's very cool, dude.
