We'll get to a lot of it. It was a fun first day. This is the Eglide podcast presented by Nissan. He's Ruben Frank and I'm Dave Zengaro. Day one of Eagles training camp. They reported

to training camp on Tuesday. First practice 10 a.m. on Wednesday. We spoke with Nick Siriani,

Harry Roseman before practice. We'll get into what they said a little bit later in the pod. But it's always just fun. It does have kind of a back-to-school type feel. It does. And I guess the one striking thing for me was this does not look or seem like a team that is coasting after a Super Bowl.

There's no sign of that. I don't know exactly what you look for from that standpoint, but

certainly it's a hungry team. They don't like talking about last year. It's a little weird

because the ring ceremony was just a few days ago.

So there's that, but.

And that wasn't plan.

I want to get into that a little bit later in the pod because that was not the initial plan. And I wonder if that's irritating some people. Could be. Yeah, it was supposed to be, I guess, a month earlier. There was what production issues with rings. But yeah, I just like what I see as far as the hunger and the motivation and they just don't seem like a team that's, now look, every team that wins the Super Bowl says the same thing.

It's only one day at training camp, so you're not going to go crazy with it. But I like what I

see. And it all comes from Jalen and Nick. They set the tone for

that, and they're certainly not guys that are resting on their laurels. So I like what I've seen

from that standpoint. What does that expression mean? I like what I've seen. No, rest on their laurels.
